For most, it appears that the life of a leaf ends when it falls from a tree, but with every brush of the wind, the leaf lives on to see what's next. So perhaps it's the moment the leaf finds itself underfoot that it's life comes to an end. And yet perhaps, it's not until it's swept up and thrown away.
