Negative self-talk can be robust or quiet and subtle.
When we truly believe and accept our beauty, no more will we say things
like...."I don't look good in blue" or "I look pretty today". These are the
types of things that at first glance don't seem too flawed but this is the
cleverness of the subconscious. We must get to a place where we can catch any
contradictions. Therefore, you might say...."pink seems to compliment my skin
well" (highlighting the positive as oppose to the negative) This is how we uproot negative self-talk and the seeds it springs from.

Today's Epiphany on Teaching
What if we changed the word Teach to Light?
So teachers would be asked... "Are you Lighting today?" as in Lighting the Way! And
they would ask themselves... "Did I show up as Light today?" meaning, did I turn on a light in a child's mind today?
Just what if?

Today's Epiphany on Forgiveness
We think we have to have others around and in error to practice forgiveness... But really,
we can practice forgiveness by how able we are to forgive the past. We've all heard of "forget the past" but have we ever heard... "FORGIVE THE PAST". Well I just did!Yours Truly,
NaTisha
